Design Tutorials For Beginners-Advanced Using Photoshop CS6

This video introduces you to the gradient map adjustment layer/effect in Adobe Photoshop. Gradient maps are used to remap colors to your shadows, midtones and highlights. Adobe Photoshop CS6 comes with some cool photographic toning presets which are demonstrated in this video. I also show you how to create a custom gradient map to remap the tones in your image as you see fit. You do not have to have CS6 to use the Gradient Map feature, however the photographic toning presets are only available in CS6 I believe. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you like what you see!
