How do I install your plugins?

All of Plugins have been updated with installers. Simply run the installer, accept the license agreement and the plugin will be installed in the correct directory on your system.

How do I download the products after purchase?

After checking out; you will receive an email with a link to download your plugin(s). Alternatively, you can login and visit the My Account link on to download any purchased plugins. The download links expire after 5 uses.

Can I install your products on more than one machine?

Yes, you can install each copy of our FCPX plugins that you purchase on up to 3 of your machines. After that you’ll need to purchase additional copies for additional machines/users.

How long are my downloads available?

Your download links expire after using them 5 times or after 1 year, whichever comes sooner. Please download and backup your purchases.


Do I need to have Apple Motion installed to use FCPX effects?

No, you do not need Apple Motion to use any FCPX effects.

Do your products work with Final Cut Pro 6, 7 or Final Cut Express?

The short answer is no. However, some plugins can be opened in Apple Motion and modified to run on earlier versions of Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Express. We do not offer any support in doing this, you do so at your own risk.


Your website wont accept my credit card, what should I do?

Make sure that you have correctly entered the billing address associated with your credit card as well as the CVV2 code on the back of your card. If either of these are incorrect, your card will be declined by Paypal.

If after following these steps, you still have an issue with your card being declined. Call the phone number on the back of your card and ask them why it’s not being accepted.

Do you offer volume licensing discounts?

Yes, please contact us with your needs and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote.

Do you accept other forms of payment other than Paypal?

Not at this time. We currently only accept Paypal via our website.

My coupon code isn’t working, what should I do?

Please contact us and we will be happy to look into that for you.


I’m having problems with one of your plugins, what should I do?

If you experience a problem with any of our plugins, make sure you have the most recent version of Final Cut Pro X available from the Mac App Store. If you still have a problem after downloading the update, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
