Day 29 Workouts Done:
Morning – Chest, Back & Balance / X2 Ab Ripper
Evening – None
Day 28 Weight: 214.0 lbs.
Weight Gain: 0.5 lbs.
Day 29… The start of Phase 2! All these pushups and pullups did a number on me today… man I’m sore! But looking forward to the new workouts this module brings. Imagine all this strength training may be counter-productive for my weight loss, but maybe I’ll maintain weight and redistribute… we’ll see how it goes.
