I kinda slacked on doing X2 Ab Ripper this week. Only did it twice out of the 4 times I was supposed to do it. Hopefully wont slack doing it this next week! I’m changing the formats to do 1 or 2 update videos a week. That way hopefully there’s more information to include in the videos and not just a weigh-in stating I completed the workouts.
Day 42 Weigh-In: 214.0 lbs.
Weight Change Since Last Update: No Change.
Hopefully I’ll have a chance to get a new scale as my current scale seems to want to give me a different result every time I step on it (+/- up to 2lbs sometimes within seconds of weighing myself, several times). Digital scales are supposed to be the most accurate, but who knows?
