Days Missed Since Last Video Update: 1 (Recovery & Mobility)
Workouts Done Since Last Video Update:
Day 43 Workouts Done: X2 Chest, Back & Balance & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 44 Workouts Done: Plyocide Recovery & Mobility
Day 45 Workouts Done: Recovery & Mobility
Day 46 Workouts Done: X2 Shoulders & Arms & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 47 Workouts Done: X2 Yoga
Day 48 Workouts Done: X2 Base & Back
Day 49 Workouts Done: Missed Recovery & Mobility (But Played Ping-Pong for 3 Hours)
Day 50 Workouts Done: X2 Chest, Back & Balance & X2 Ab Ripper
I missed X2 Ab Ripper on Saturday… just didn’t have anything left, but did it the other days. Also missed Recovery and Mobility, but played Ping Pong for 3 hours on that day so not a big deal (as that was probably tougher than the Recovery & Mobility DVD). Looking forward to next week… I’ll be starting the next Phase of P90X2 and in the home stretch!!!
Day 50 Weigh-In: 212.5 lbs.
Weight Change Since Last Update: Loss of 1.5 lbs.
I’m feeling good, although I wish I had gotten under 210 already… but hopefully in the next week or two. Although I’m seeing a lot of new definition so I’m definitely happy about that. My size 34 pants aren’t really tight any more… looking forward to dropping another size (maybe by the end of the program, we shall see!).
