Day 51 Workouts Done: Plyocide Recovery & Mobility
Day 52 Workouts Done: X2 Yoga (instead of Recovery & Mobility)
Day 53 Workouts Done: X2 Shoulders & Arms & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 54 Workouts Done: X2 Yoga
Day 55 Workouts Done: X2 Base & Back & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 56 Workouts Done: X2 Yoga (instead of Recovery & Mobility)
Day 57 Workouts Done: P.A.P. Lower
I started Phase 3 of P90X2 – The Performance Phase! And with just having done the first workout (P.A.P. Lower) I can imagine it’s going to increase my performance. My legs are sore already. It was a beast of a workout! Tomorrow is P.A.P. Upper… I imagine it’s going to be pretty rough too, we shall see! Gained a pound since last week, but have also gained muscle, so not too upset. But need to focus on my eating habits. They have gotten a little sloppy in the last two weeks and it’s time to make them a little more strict for this last phase (or at least attempt with these damn holidays here! hahaha)
Day 57 Weigh-In: 213.5 lbs.
