Drop it on a clip and your footage turns into a comic. Bold ink lines, Ben-Day halftone dots, flat punchy color, printed on paper. Most cartoon filters have lines that crawl and dots that swim around your subject. Comic Book has a Stability control that calms that shimmer, and Frame Hold to step the look like it was drawn on twos. It lands on a loud offset-print look right out of the box, color halftone dots and off-register print colors that people usually have to hand-build, then seven more styles are one click away: Inked, Cel / Anime, Pop-Art, Manga B&W, Vintage Newsprint, Risograph, and Film Noir. Run it edge to edge, or frame your shot inside an actual comic page with a border and aged paper. The controls you reach for most sit up front, and an Advanced tier opens the deep stuff when you want it. Runs in Final Cut Pro and Motion.
